Private Consultation

Fifteen minutes. Zero pitch.

A fit check with Brian — not a sales call. Tell us what’s happening with your dog. We’ll tell you honestly whether Agoge is the right answer — or point you to whoever is.

  • 01 · The Fit CheckA 15-minute call with Brian. Your dog, what you’re running into, what you’re hoping for. If we’re not the right team, we’ll say so — and often tell you who is.
  • 02 · The ConsultationIf we’re a fit: an in-person assessment at the facility or in your home. We meet your dog, design the protocol, and walk through the investment — in person, where it can be done honestly.
  • 03 · EnrollmentWhen you’re ready, we lock your start date and handle the logistics — including pickup, if your program includes it. From day one, the Agoge Commitment applies.

Before You Book

A few honest answers.

Correct. The 15-minute call is for both of us to figure out whether Agoge is the right answer for your dog — not whether we can get you to write a check today.

If we’re a fit, we move to an in-person consultation where the actual program decision and investment get walked through. If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you that on the call — and often point you toward whoever is the right answer instead. That’s the whole point of doing it this way.

Because the right program depends on the dog and the family — and we’d rather quote you accurately than cheaply.

Every dog comes in with a different starting point. The program that works for a single-dog Belle Meade household is not the program that works for a multi-dog family traveling in from out of state for severe behavioral work. Investment is walked through in person, during the consultation, after we’ve seen your dog. That’s the only way to do it honestly.

Nothing formal. We’ll ask you a few things during the call: your dog’s age, breed, and history. What’s working and what isn’t. What “a great outcome” looks like for your family. Whether you’ve worked with other trainers before, and what happened.

That’s it. No paperwork, no forms. Just a real conversation about your dog.

Flat rate · until the standard is met

“We work with your dog until you have the dog you signed up for. If we haven’t hit the standard by program end, we keep working — at no additional cost — until we do.”
