Our facility sits on private land in Hartsville, Tennessee — under an hour east of Nashville via I-40. Most central neighborhoods reach us in 45 to 55 minutes. The drive is intentional. We’re close enough that drop-off and pickup are workable, but far enough out that the dogs in active programs get the focused, low-traffic environment that high-end training requires.
Yes — concierge pickup and drop-off is included with the Elite Membership. For families who travel frequently, we also offer airport pickup and drop-off through BNA, so your dog’s training or boarding stay doesn’t compete with your departure or arrival schedule. For Foundation and Cohort families, transportation is arranged case-by-case during your consultation.

Yes. The fit check happens by phone first — fifteen minutes with Brian, not a sales call. If we’re a fit, the in-person consultation happens at the facility in Hartsville or in your home, depending on the case. Concierge pickup and drop-off for board-and-train programs is available through the Elite Membership.
