Our facility sits on private land in Hartsville, Tennessee — just over an hour northeast of Smyrna, south of Nashville via I-40 and I-24. The drive is intentional. We’re close enough that drop-off and pickup are workable, but far enough out that the dogs in active programs get the focused, low-traffic environment that high-end training requires.
Yes — concierge pickup and drop-off is included with the Elite Membership. For families who travel privately, we coordinate airport pickup and drop-off through Smyrna Airport (MQY) directly, so your dog can meet you at the plane. We also work with BNA or your preferred FBO. For Foundation and Cohort families, transportation is arranged case-by-case during your consultation.

Yes. The fit check happens by phone first — fifteen minutes with Brian, not a sales call. If we’re a fit, the in-person consultation happens at the facility in Hartsville or in your home, depending on the case. Concierge pickup and drop-off for board-and-train programs is available through the Elite Membership.
