The Promise

What a year looks like.

Four moments only Elite makes possible. Not extras. The membership.

01
The Lesson at Home

“Third Wednesday of the month.”

The trainer pulls into your driveway at 2 PM. Ninety minutes later, your dog is sharper than he was when he came home from the last camp. You haven’t packed a thing. You haven’t driven anywhere. The integration just keeps deepening — and the trainer never leaves your zip code.

02
The Pickup

“You’re flying out at dawn.”

The Mercedes Sprinter pulls up to your driveway before you’re awake enough to make coffee. Your dog is loaded calmly. A week later when you land — BNA or your FBO — the same Sprinter is at the curb waiting. You haven’t driven to Hartsville in either direction. The travel partnership extends to both ends of every trip.

03
The Boarding Stay

“You’re at the wedding in Cabo.”

Your dog isn’t waiting in some sad kennel. He’s at our facility — fed, watched, weighed — and between meals he’s doing refresher training. When you pick him up, he’s sharper than when he dropped off. The boarding stay just compounded eight months of camps.

04
Two Dogs, One Enrollment

“Drop-off day. Two crates in the Sprinter.”

Both join Elite at the same time. The concierge trips flex to carry both. The in-home lessons work through both. The boarding stays sharpen both. The 66% discount on the second dog isn’t a discount, exactly — it’s the math of what we’re already doing.

What’s Included

Built into every membership.

What the 12-month membership delivers, from drop-off to year-end.

The Membership Structure

01

12-Month Membership

A 12-month partnership with Agoge — not a one-time program. From drop-off through every camp and every in-home lesson, Elite is the relationship structure that holds it all together.

02

Extended Initial Board-and-Train

Two additional weeks of in-facility training over the standard Cohort program. More depth at the foundation, before the camps even begin.

03

Four Monthly Cohort Camps

The same progressive camp structure as Cohort — four week-long camps over four months. Each one builds on the last.

04

Monthly In-Home Follow-Up Lessons

After the camps conclude, monthly in-home lessons continue for the full 12-month membership. The trainer comes to you. The work continues at your house.

The Concierge

05

Drop-Off & Pickup Services

The Mercedes Sprinter handles all training and camp transitions. You don’t drive to Hartsville. Your dog is loaded calmly. We handle the rest.

06

6 Annual Concierge Boarding Transfers

Six concierge boarding pickups and drop-offs per year, available for both ends of your trip. BNA terminal curb or your private FBO — we meet you where you land.

07

30% Off All Boarding Stays

Every boarding stay, all year. Not just the six with concierge transfer — every stay. For frequent travelers, the savings compound across the year.

08

Refresher Training During Boarding

When your dog is with us for boarding, the staff works refresher training between meals. He doesn’t lose ground during your trip. He sharpens.

The Partnership

09

Front-of-Line Scheduling

Priority access to training program start dates and boarding calendar. Elite members never wait behind general enrollment.

10

Second Family Dog at 66% Off

Enroll a second dog at 66% off Elite pricing. The concierge trips flex to carry both. The in-home lessons work through both. The math of what we’re already doing.

11

The Agoge Commitment

We keep working until the standard is met. No clock to beat. No overage fees. The investment you commit to at the start is the investment, period — across the full membership year.

Who This Is For

Built for the life you already lead.

Not for everyone. By design.

Not For You If

  • You travel rarely. The concierge logistics wouldn’t meaningfully compound for you.
  • You’d rather drop off your dog and not think about him until pickup.
  • You prefer choosing each program separately, rather than committing to a year-long structure.
  • You’d rather pay for services as you need them, not build them into a membership.

Built For You If

  • You travel several times a year — and you’d rather not handle the boarding logistics every time.
  • You value your time more than the price of saving it.
  • You’re a multi-dog household, or planning to be — and you want training to flex for both.
  • You want a 12-month partnership with the people training your dog, not a service transaction.

Your time is one of your most precious resources. If it is — let us help you buy back some of it.

Flat rate · until the standard is met

We work with your dog until you have the dog you signed up for. If we haven’t hit the standard by program end, we keep working — at no additional cost — until we do.

— The Agoge Standard

No clock to beat. No upgrade fees. No surprises. Every dog gets the same protocol, the same standard, and the same outcome reliability — regardless of how long it takes us to get there.

How to Begin

Three steps. No pressure.

What happens between your first inquiry and your dog’s first day.

01

Reach Out

Submit a consultation request or call us directly. We respond within one business day to schedule a time to talk.

02

We Talk, Then We Meet

A short phone conversation comes first — just to understand what’s going on with your dog. If we’re a fit, we schedule an in-home consultation (typically 60 to 90 minutes) where we meet your dog, assess the situation, and walk through which program fits.

03

The Program Begins

When you’re ready, we schedule your dog’s start date — pending availability. From the moment your dog arrives at our facility, the work is in motion — backed by The Agoge Commitment.

Frequently Asked

Questions we hear often.

Before you reach out — the answers most people want first.

Yes. Our facility sits on 20 acres of private land in Hartsville, Tennessee, about 50 minutes east of Nashville. Every dog enrolled in our board-and-train programs lives and learns on-site for the duration of the program — never in a trainer’s home, never in a leased commercial unit, never boarded out to a third party.

The facility includes purpose-built indoor and outdoor training environments, an exclusive-access veterinary lab on the property for parasite and wellness testing, and dedicated boarding spaces designed for the welfare standards we hold ourselves to.

Multiple staff members live on-site, which means 24/7 monitoring for every dog in the program. No after-hours gap. No overnight third party. The staff caring for your dog at 8 AM is the same staff caring for your dog at 3 AM.

Visits are by appointment only because the dogs in active programs deserve a focused training environment, not foot traffic.

You get weekly video updates of your dog’s actual training sessions. Each week, you’ll see the work, the wins, and the moments where we course-correct.

But that weekly video is the surface. Underneath is our standard for health and welfare excellence — managed through our custom Agoge Excellence app, a proprietary system built specifically for the way we run programs. Every dog gets daily vet-scale weight tracking, training session logs, feeding records, and behavior notes, monitored against built-in digital safeguards that flag any drift in health metrics the moment it appears. If anything material shifts in your dog’s wellness or progress, you hear from us the same day.

We send video, not photos, because video tells the truth about training. A photo can be staged. A video shows your dog actually doing the work.

The Agoge Commitment is the answer:

“We work with your dog until you have the dog you signed up for. If we haven’t hit the standard by program end, we keep working — at no additional cost — until we do.”

There is no clock to beat. There are no upgrade fees. Every dog gets the same protocol, the same standard, and the same outcome reliability — regardless of how long it takes us to get there.

We built it this way because we believe extending your investment over your dog’s welfare is a conflict of interest. The flat-rate guarantee removes that conflict. Our incentive is to do the work right the first time and stake our reputation on it.

We handle this case-by-case, based on what’s best for your dog’s adjustment and training progress.

Some dogs settle in quickly and a mid-program visit reinforces the bond without disrupting the work. Other dogs are still acclimating, and an unscheduled visit can set the training back days or weeks. We make that judgment based on the individual dog and discuss it with you openly.

What we don’t do is open the facility to general visitation. The dogs in active programs deserve a focused environment, and we take their welfare seriously enough to protect it — even from well-meaning interruptions.

The first months focus on the training foundation: an extended initial board-and-train (two additional weeks over Cohort), followed by four monthly week-long cohort camps that build progressive depth.

Once the camp phase concludes, the membership shifts into monthly in-home follow-up lessons that continue through the full 12 months. The trainer comes to you — never the other way around. Each visit deepens the training’s integration into your daily life.

Throughout the entire year, the concierge logistics are in motion: the Sprinter handles all training and camp transitions, boarding transfers run on call, and your dog’s training stays sharp during every boarding stay through built-in refresher work.

Honest answer? It depends on what you’re actually looking for.

Elite isn’t a program with a price tag. It’s a 12-month concierge membership — and the value depends entirely on how much you’ll use the infrastructure.

For someone who travels three times a year and has one dog, Elite is overbuilt. For someone who travels twelve times a year with two dogs, the boarding discount alone returns most of the membership investment in saved logistics and direct discounts. The “right answer” depends on your specific life.

That’s why we walk through investment together during your consultation. You get a clear, honest read on whether Elite makes sense for your situation — and we’d rather point you to Cohort or Foundation if those better fit your travel rhythm and household size.

Beyond the investment itself, you get The Agoge Commitment:

“We work with your dog until you have the dog you signed up for. If we haven’t hit the standard by program end, we keep working — at no additional cost — until we do.”

Flat-rate. No overage fees. The investment you commit to at the start is the investment, period — across the full 12-month membership.

Ask yourself honestly: how many other dog services would point you to a less expensive tier if it actually fit your life better?
